Arowet uses an essential server session cookie for sign-in and secure actions, plus first-party browser storage for the cookie-consent choice. Optional tracking and support tools are loaded only after you accept them.

We keep this policy intentionally small, but the storage we use can serve a few different purposes. The server session cookie supports sign-in, CSRF-protected actions, and private access. The first-party localStorage value named `arowet-cookie-consent` remembers whether you chose Accept or Reject.

When you choose Accept, the site may load the optional Tawk support/chat widget, Contentsquare, and Apollo analytics scripts. When you choose Reject, those optional tools are not loaded by Arowet. The providers may have their own cookies, identifiers, and privacy terms.

Payment pages use Razorpay, and optional analytics may use Contentsquare and Apollo after consent. These services can place their own cookies or storage values in your browser and have separate privacy terms that control how their tools work.

You can usually remove cookies through your browser settings, block future storage, or clear all site data when you want to reset the experience. If you do that, you may need to sign in again or choose your preferences again on the next visit.

When the banner appears, you can accept optional analytics, reject optional analytics, or review this policy before deciding. Accepting loads optional analytics on the site. Rejecting leaves essential session storage in place so sign-in, security, and required forms can work while optional analytics stays off.

Arowet currently does not provide a separate in-page preference centre. To change a saved choice, clear the Arowet site data and reload the page so the banner appears again, then choose the new option.

The consent banner is shown only when no saved choice exists. Once you accept or reject, the choice is saved in browser storage so the banner does not keep returning on every page load. If your browser blocks local storage or clears it automatically, you may be asked again because the site cannot reliably remember the previous selection.

We also try to keep the banner readable on smaller screens and easy to dismiss without covering the whole page. If the banner feels stuck or does not disappear after a choice, clearing site data for Arowet and reloading the page usually resolves the problem.

Essential cookies are the ones that keep the platform usable. They can help maintain a login session, protect forms against misuse, remember that you have already submitted a choice, and keep page interactions functioning across navigation. Without them, parts of the site may feel broken or keep asking you to repeat a step that should only happen once.

Because Arowet relies on accounts, private access, and secure actions, these cookies are not just a convenience feature. They are part of the basic infrastructure that lets the site remember who is signed in and whether a request came from the real browser session that started it.

The server session cookie is temporary and is configured to expire after a limited session lifetime, currently up to seven days for the account session. The `arowet-cookie-consent` localStorage value remains until you clear site data or the browser removes it.

Arowet tries to keep storage predictable and limited. If you are unsure why a setting is still there, clearing site data for Arowet is the fastest way to reset the consent choice and sign-in session.

We may change this policy if the platform adds new features, switches providers, or changes how security and analytics work. When that happens, the updated policy will appear on this page with a new effective date or revision date if we choose to add one.

If a page will not stay signed in, a form keeps failing, or the consent banner appears again after you already made a choice, the problem is often related to blocked essential storage or a browser setting that is clearing data automatically. Allowing essential cookies usually fixes login and form issues.

If a preference does not save, clear the site data for Arowet and try again, then make sure your browser is not deleting storage on exit. If the problem keeps happening after that, send us a short message and we can help narrow it down.
