How subscriptions work
Creators can offer private media or subscriber-only access on their profile pages. The current subscription flow supports weekly, monthly, or yearly recurring billing when a creator enables it.
The checkout page should show the plan price, currency, billing interval, and access description before payment. The subscription is not free unless the page explicitly says so.
- A valid account and successful payment may be required to unlock access.
- If a plan expires or payment fails, access can be paused or revoked.
- Taxes, platform fees, or payment-provider charges may apply where shown at checkout.
Billing cycles and cancellations
A recurring subscription can renew automatically on its weekly, monthly, or yearly schedule until it is cancelled or otherwise ended. The payment provider may display the renewal date and the next amount during checkout.
The public Arowet flow currently provides checkout cancellation for an unpaid checkout session, not a complete in-account recurring-subscription cancellation centre. If you want to stop future renewals or cannot find a cancellation control, contact support with the account email and plan details before the next billing date.
- Cancel before the next billing date if you do not want the plan to renew.
- Access can stop once a plan expires or a payment cannot be completed.
- Do not assume that closing the payment window or visiting a checkout-cancel URL cancels an active recurring subscription.
Payment and records
Arowet uses Razorpay to collect card details and confirm payment. The application uses provider transaction references, status, and webhook results to activate access and investigate billing issues; it does not store the full card number in the application database.
Payment providers have their own terms and privacy notices. Review the provider information shown during checkout as well as this policy.
One-time business-card purchases
The dashboard may also offer one-time business-card packages. These purchases are separate from recurring profile subscriptions; the selected package, price, currency, print or delivery details, and any applicable taxes or fees should be reviewed before payment.
Business-card payments use the configured payment provider and may create payment and fulfillment records needed to activate the selected package or investigate a support request.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds are not automatic. They depend on applicable law, the plan or creator policy, the payment provider, and the facts of the transaction. Nothing in this policy removes a non-waivable consumer right.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or repeated failed payments may temporarily limit access while the issue is reviewed.
- If you need help, contact support@arowet.com.
- Send order details, the account email, and a short explanation of the issue.
- Where possible, contact support before opening a dispute so we can try to help quickly.
Price changes and taxes
Creators and platform settings can change over time, so subscription prices, bundled offers, or available perks may be updated. A changed price or billing interval should be shown before a new purchase or renewal where the system allows it; if you do not agree, contact support before the next charge.
Taxes, processing fees, or regional charges may apply depending on your location and the payment method you use. Those amounts are usually handled by the payment provider or the checkout flow tied to the purchase.
- Review the checkout page before confirming payment.
- A recurring plan may renew until it is cancelled.
- Regional taxes or fees can change the final amount charged.
Access after cancellation
When you cancel a plan, access usually continues until the end of the current billing period unless the creator’s policy or an enforcement action says otherwise. After that, subscriber-only pages, files, or perks may become unavailable.
If a plan is paused, revoked, or restricted because of abuse, failed payment, or a policy violation, access may end sooner. We may also remove or hide content if the creator no longer wants to offer it or if a legal issue requires that change.
- Save important files before your access ends.
- Check the renewal date so you know when a plan will stop or renew.
- Contact support if the access state on your account looks wrong.
Creator responsibilities and support
Creators should describe their subscription offers clearly and keep access rules current. If a subscriber is unsure what a plan includes, the best experience usually comes from a page description that explains the benefit, the billing pattern, and any limits in plain language.
If you think a creator page, plan description, or payment flow is misleading, contact support with the exact page link and a short summary of the concern so we can review it quickly.
- Keep plan descriptions accurate and up to date.
- Respond to good-faith support questions when possible.
- If you are the subscriber, keep your receipt and order details handy.
Questions and support
If you are unsure whether a charge, renewal, or access change is correct, contact support with your account email and transaction details.
We will review the request and help explain the next step where we can.
What subscribers should expect
A subscription should clearly explain what the buyer receives, how long access lasts, and whether the content is updated regularly or delivered only once. Arowet works best when the offer is straightforward, because subscribers should be able to make an informed decision before they pay.
If a creator promises private media, exclusive posts, downloadable assets, or other perks, the page should describe those perks in a way that matches the real experience. Misleading names, hidden access conditions, or vague promises can make a paid page feel deceptive and may require review.
- Describe the benefit of the subscription in plain language.
- Make sure the public page matches the private experience.
- If the content changes often, say so clearly before checkout.
Creator accuracy and fulfillment
Creators are responsible for the accuracy of the offer they publish. That includes keeping the title, preview text, images, and access rules aligned with the actual content. If a plan stops including certain files or a creator changes what is available, the page should be updated promptly so subscribers are not left guessing.
Creators should also respond to good-faith support questions when they can. A quick correction or clarification is often better than letting a small misunderstanding turn into a payment dispute or an abuse report.
- Keep payment pages and private access pages consistent.
- Update offers when the content or benefits change.
- If an issue affects many subscribers, tell support quickly.
Transparent pricing and cancellation details
If a price is shown before payment, that price should be easy to understand before the checkout is completed. Any platform fee, service fee, tax estimate, or other added charge should be shown clearly enough that a reasonable buyer can understand the final amount before confirming the purchase.
Cancellation should also be described in plain language. If a plan renews automatically, the page should say so. If access continues until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation, that should be clear as well. Hidden rules are a common source of confusion, so the safest approach is to spell out the renewal and cancellation behavior before the user subscribes.
- Show the total cost and renewal behavior before checkout.
- Do not hide extra charges behind vague terms or surprise steps.
- Explain whether access ends immediately or at the end of the billing cycle.
Paused plans and access changes
A subscription can change for more than just cancellation. A plan may be paused, downgraded, or restricted because of a payment failure, a creator update, a policy review, or a change in the content being offered. If that happens, access may change immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle depending on the reason and the platform settings.
Subscribers should not assume that every paid benefit lasts forever. If the creator removes content, changes the offer, or disables the plan, access can change with it. We recommend keeping track of the renewal date and saving any important files before the plan expires, because a subscriber-only page can become unavailable once the access state changes.
- Track renewal dates and save anything important before a plan ends.
- A plan can be paused or restricted for reasons other than cancellation.
- Access changes can happen when the creator updates or removes the offer.
