Copyright ownership and creator license
Creators retain ownership of original content. Uploading content grants Arowet only the limited license needed to host, process, display, distribute, moderate, and provide the service. Creators must upload only content they own or are licensed to use.
Required complaint information
- Copyright owner’s name and contact details.
- Identification of the protected work.
- The exact Arowet URL of the reported content.
- A good-faith declaration that the use is not authorized.
- An accuracy and authority declaration.
- Electronic signature.
Takedown and creator notification
Arowet may restrict or remove reported content while reviewing a complaint. Where appropriate, the creator should receive notice and an opportunity to respond. The review should preserve the complaint, decision, notification, and action history in an audit log.
Counter-notice and restoration
A creator may submit a truthful counter-notice where the applicable law allows. Arowet may review the response, request additional evidence, and decide whether to restore, keep restricted, or remove the content. Restoration is not automatic.
Repeat infringement and false complaints
Arowet may track repeat infringement and apply escalating restrictions or termination. Complaints must be made in good faith and must identify the exact material; abusive or knowingly inaccurate complaints may be rejected or escalated.
Contact and legal process
Submit copyright complaints using the form on this page or contact Arowet Support at support@arowet.com. Include the required ownership, content, contact, and declaration details so the complaint can be reviewed under the applicable legal process.
