Eligibility and verification
Creators must be at least 18 years old and complete the identity, payout, bank, tax, and payment-provider verification required for the applicable feature. Arowet may pause creator sales or payouts while verification, fraud, safety, or legal checks are pending.

- I own or have licensed the content.

Offer, price, and customer disclosures
Before payment, the customer must be shown the complete price, currency, applicable taxes, platform fee, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility. Creators must describe what is included, how long access lasts, and any usage or download limits in clear language.
Ownership, license, and customer access
Creators retain ownership of original content. They grant Arowet only the limited license needed to host, process, display, distribute, moderate, secure, and provide the service. A customer may access paid content only through an active entitlement for that exact user and content item.
Access may be blocked when payment fails or is reversed, a purchase is refunded, a subscription expires, the content is removed, the creator or buyer is suspended, or fraud or policy violations are detected.
Payouts and enforcement
Creators must not receive payouts for refunded, fraudulent, disputed, or prohibited transactions. Balances may be pending, available, paid, refunded, disputed, or withheld. Payouts may be delayed or suspended during an investigation.
Applicable platform fees, payout timing, minimum payout threshold, tax handling, reserves, and payout schedule are shown during creator onboarding or before the relevant paid feature is activated. They may vary by region, provider, product, and account status.
Suspension, termination, and appeals
Arowet may remove offers, restrict sales, withhold balances, suspend a creator, or terminate access for policy violations, fraud, chargebacks, unsafe content, failed verification, or legal requirements. Appeals should include a clear explanation and supporting records.
