Who may use Arowet
You may use Arowet only if you can legally agree to these terms and are permitted to use the service where you live. You are responsible for accurate account information and for activity under your account.
Creator sales and paid-content features are available only to eligible creators who satisfy the age, identity, payout, tax, and payment-provider checks described in the Creator Terms.
User and creator responsibilities
You must keep login details secure, use the service lawfully, and review your public profile before sharing it. Creators must describe offers accurately, honor access promises, and keep ownership or permission records for uploaded content.
- Do not access another user’s account, data, purchases, or private content.
- Do not bypass access controls, signed URLs, download limits, rate limits, or payment gates.
- Do not use Arowet for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
Content and private access
You may upload text, links, profile details, images, audio, documents, and videos only when you own the content or have valid permission to use it. The Content and Community Policy applies to public, private, paid, and draft content.
Private content means content whose access is restricted by account, purchase, subscription, or another permission rule. It does not mean unmoderated, illegal, sexual, or prohibited content. Arowet may review private and paid content for safety, payment compliance, and legal reasons.
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, or content that sexualizes, exploits, or appears to sexualize a minor.
- Sexual or adult content, including non-consensual intimate content.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, pirated movies, music, software, courses, or documents.
- Impersonation, fraud, scams, deceptive offers, or misleading claims.
- Hate speech, threats, harassment, or promotion of violence.
- Doxxing or publication of private personal information without authorization.
- Illegal products, unlawful gambling, drugs, weapons, or instructions to commit a crime.
- Malware, phishing, spam, dangerous files, or links designed to steal credentials or money.
- Stolen, deepfake, or manipulated content used to deceive, harass, exploit, or harm someone.
Suspension and termination
Arowet may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, withhold creator payouts, or terminate access when necessary to address a policy violation, payment risk, fraud, legal requirement, security issue, or threat to another person.
Where appropriate, users may appeal with relevant facts. Immediate action may occur without advance notice when delay could create safety, legal, payment, or security risk.
Policy updates
We may update these terms when the service, law, payment flow, or safety practices change. The published version must show an effective date, last-updated date, and version. Material changes require renewed acceptance where required by law or by the product flow.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are interpreted under the laws that apply to the relationship between you and Arowet. Any dispute may be brought before a court or other dispute-resolution forum with jurisdiction over the matter. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer-protection or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.
